  • Sugar
  • 1 cup rum, brandy, Cointreau or Martini

We begin this recipe of cider sangria with the primary ingredient, cider, first of all wash the apple, we remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Do the same with peach, a fruit with a very sweet taste and flavour. We proceed cutting and removing bone in the same way, alse in cubes.

Wash the orange and lemon, and cut it into pieces, without removing the skin. In the container mix cider, soda, cut fruit, liquor choosen (brandy, rum, Martini, Cointreau or something similar). The Martini possibly one of the most popular drinks in the world, this cocktail is prepared by mixing gin with a little vermouth, in the right proportions. Then we add a little bit of sugar and taste it, you can add sugar if you think you need more.

Mix all the ingredients and store in the fridge to cool, two or three hours it will be enough, but you can left in the fridge more hours. Serve with a little ice, if you do not have time it is the best solution to have the recipient cooler.
